As if I don't have enough going on in life with a child, a hubby, a job, a social life, and now prepping for the Christmas Craft Fair, I've also decided it's time to get all smarted up, and start working towards getting my Level 2 Insurance License.
I've worked in Insurance for the past 7 years, and up until this point, I've been happy with my current certification. Something came over me this month though where I decided I needed to start working towards Level 2 NOW!
I'm not sure why... it could be becasue it's September, and all over Facebook I've been reading about people going back to school to learn wonderful things. It could be becasue my amazing friend just got accepted into, and started Law School, and I'm so excited for her! Or, it could be becasue I like to test myself and see just how much stuff I can accomplish in a 24 hour period - aka - I'm crazy!
The funnest part about all this, is I've chosen an early December exam date. You can only wright every 3 months (roughly), and after the December writing date, it's not offered again until February... I may be crazy, but I'm not stupid enough to not realize that writing an exam after 2 weeks of drinking margaritas in Mexico is possibly the worst idea. Ever.
I like to think I work well under pressure though, so this should be no problem at all, right?
Only problem is, I never really had the best study skills in high school. Now almost 10 years has passed (holy $H*T BALLS! Ten years!?! That can't be right! That just freaked me out to actually put that into writing!) and I have no idea if I'll even remember how to study! Guess we'll soon find out...
So my friends, wish me luck, and lets all hope that I'm not completely stupid (as well as crazy!), and that my brain has recovered from pregnancy and the new born stage.
Have a great day everyone!
Love and Hugs
P.S. - This photo has nothing to do with anything I just talked about, but I think it's quite possibly the best picture ever taken of Growly Bear, and I just lover her so much, so I thought I'd share. It was taken by my Auntie when we were on our Family Summer Vacation last month. It captures her perfectly!
